Dianna has lived in the Santa Ynez Valley for over a decade. After searching relentlessly to find her perfect home, she and her family finally settled into a five-acre estate where she could enjoy her dogs and horses.
Prior to working in real estate, she was employed as a project manager in the technology industry, helping to install systems and software packages at a variety of companies. This experience has translated well into real estate, since both roles involve creating a seamless transition for her clients. Whether she is walking you through the purchase of a new home, marketing your home for the optimum sales price, or jumping through hoops to make sure escrow closes, she understands that this is a business transaction as well as a personal one, and therefore requires the utmost care and attention to detail.
Additionally, Dianna’s experience as a property manager in the area has allowed her to become familiar with local contractors and service personnel. She knows what you need to put down roots. She has worked with designers, plumbers, electricians, horse grooms, ranch laborers, landscapers, housekeepers, pet sitters, veterinarians, and farriers in the community. She loves connecting people; it is one of her passions. If you need help, you can count on her to help you find it.
When she is not working in real estate, she spends most of her time fostering off-the-track thoroughbreds and volunteering for Meals on Wheels through Atterdag Senior Center.
